| The III Seminar on “Refugees and Post-conflict Reconciliation”, was held in Granada from April 3rd - 6th, 2003 and was organized by the UNHCR Spanish Committee and Globalitaria – Peace-building Initiatives in collaboration with the University of Granada’s Institute for Peace and Conflicts, the Regional Government of Andalucia, the City Council of Granada, the Provincial Council of Granada and the El Monte Foundation. The first session of the Seminar was open to the public and addressed “The Middle East Conflict and the Al Andalus Legacy”. The following sessions (from April 4th – 6th) were working sessions and limited to invited participants. These sessions focused on the analysis of conflicts and reconciliation in the Balkans region (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia and Montenegro, and Kosovo).
